As Managing Partner, he drives sales, builds partnerships, and keeps the connection tight between our creative chaos and the brands that trust us with their vision. He’s the voice on the call, the calm in the storm, and the reason ideas don’t just stay ideas — they turn into campaigns that actually hit.

When he’s not closing deals or shaping stories, Dirk is usually writing his own — from creative copy and campaign scripts to poetry and children’s books. Outside the studio, he’s all about fresh air and wild things: fishing, exploring, and hanging out with his animal crew, which includes a giant turtle and a loyal dog who never misses an adventure. Dirk brings that same creative pulse to everything he touches — a mix of hustle, heart, and wild imagination that fuels the MKUltraOne spirit.

Og is the mind behind the murals, the motion, and the mayhem. As Creative Director at MKUltraOne, he fuses art, technology, and psychology to build visuals that hit harder than a billboard in a lightning storm. From walls to web to whatever comes next, Og leads the creative charge — pushing every project to be louder, smarter, and impossible to ignore. He is the problem solver of the company.

When he’s not directing chaos in the studio, you’ll find him painting for gallery shows, sketching live caricatures at events, or untangling brain-bending puzzles and Rubik’s cubes just for the challenge. An army veteran with a sharp mind and strategic eye, he brings the discipline and precision of service into every creative endeavor. Creativity is his default setting, and curiosity is the engine that keeps it running. Oh, and Every Friday night, he Tries to take over the world!

Jace is the fixer, the translator, and the brand mechanic. When a company’s image starts to sputter, he’s the one who tunes it back to perfection. Specializing in public relations and branding, Jace helps clients shape their story, sharpen their message, and show up in the world exactly how they want to be seen. From building brands from scratch to solving reputation roadblocks, he keeps the signal clear and the spotlight right where it belongs.

Outside the grind, Jace lives the energy he builds into his work — outdoors, in motion, and surrounded by family. A former Army man with a steady hand and a marathon heart, he brings discipline and drive to everything he does. He’s a weekend athlete and the ultimate sports dad, coaching, cheering, and chasing the next finish line with his kids right beside him. His focus never fades — it just swaps the office hustle for open air and forward momentum.

Kay is the spark behind the posts, the editor behind the clips, and the strategist behind the schedules. She builds social media content for clients that grabs attention, tells a story, and keeps audiences coming back. From concept to timeline to final cut, Kay makes sure every post hits the right note and every campaign runs like clockwork.

When she’s not crafting client content, Kay channels her creativity into children’s stories, outdoor adventures, and family time. Whether she’s exploring nature, brainstorming her next tale, or keeping her own world in motion, Kay brings the same energy, imagination, and dedication to life that she brings to every social feed she manages.

Chuck is the charm, the memory, and the spark behind every conversation. As the driving force in sales, he keeps deals moving, clients smiling, and opportunities never slipping through the cracks. Organized, quick-thinking, and impossibly sharp, he turns connections into collaborations with a mix of wit, strategy, and charisma.

Off the clock, Chuck is pure energy — hitting sports games, gallery shows, and social events with equal passion. A proud ASU marketing grad and fraternity alum, he brings that same networked, fast-thinking energy to every deal he touches. A proud Scot, he’ll sometimes show up in a kilt just to remind everyone that life’s too short not to have fun.
